Topcashback Review: How I Supplement Income as a Busy SAHM

As the parent who is primarily responsible for managing the household and homeschooling full time, finding quick and easy ways to earn a little extra cash can make a big difference.

In this Topcashback review, I'll show you how easily I'm able to add a few dollars back into our bank account just by doing shopping I would normally do.

I've been using it since 2016 and have always received 100% of my earnings with no problems at all.

How to Use Topcashback as a Busy Mom

The platform is very simple to use, so even in the midst of a hectic day, you can still make sure you're maximizing your savings.

Here’s how TopCashback works in a few easy steps:

1. Visit the TopCashback website before you make a purchase.
   • Use the search bar to find the store or retailer you want to shop with. With over 7,000 partner retailers, it’s likely that your go-to stores are included.
     

2. Click the “Get Cash Back” button next to the store name.

Once you click, TopCashback will open a new tab and redirect you to the store’s website. Complete your purchase on the retailer’s site as usual.

3. Earn cash back.

• TopCashback tracks your purchase and adds the cashback amount to your account. Typically, the transaction shows up in your earnings page within seven days as “Pending.” After the retailer confirms your purchase, the status changes to “Confirmed,” and finally to “Payable.” Depending on the retailer, this process can take a few weeks, but it may take up to 90 days.

If you're a forgetful mom like me, it might be easy to forgot to go to the Topcashback site before you do your online shopping. In that case, you can install the browser extension available for Chrome and Firefox. This way you can shop online like you normally would and the extension will automatically alert you to activate your cashback offer for that website.

How to Redeem Your Cashback

Once the merchant has confirmed your purchase, your cashback will be marked as “Payable,” in your account and you can claim it at any time.

You can opt to have the money deposited directly into your bank or to receive it via PayPal. You can also choose gift cards for various stores that are worth the amount of your cash back.
